The goal of the program is to train specialists in designing and producing medical instrument complexes. Along with this, they will be able to conduct research activities, related development of technologies and tools for medical instrument making, to operate and maintain modern instrument medical complexes.

The Division has X-Ray Center with advanced research and X-ray equipment, including portable X-ray devices for medical and technical purposes, developed by the laboratory team. At the Research and Manufacturing Unit - Polus, one established Industrial and Medical Electronics, where research teams are engaged in research on medical topics for space purposes. Along with this:

  • 800 m2 area, designed for production area for educational and scientific work
  • 14 specialized research laboratories with advanced equipment
  • 50 advanced computer systems
  • broad network collaboration with national and international partners

This program equips students with all the necessary skills and knowledge, allowing them to:

  • simulate the state of biological objects and complex systems combining living with non-living, i.e. biotechnical systems
  • conduct optimal biomedical research and apply computer technologies to solve related tasks
  • carry out medical and technical justification for the development of new devices, systems, and technologies
