The program provides students with knowledge and skills in the areas of informatization, modeling and control of measuring technologies, design of measurement and control computer systems, their operation and maintenance. The main goal is to prepare highly qualified specialists, able to collect, process and present measurement data; implement monitoring and diagnostic functions, and recognize and identify various data.


The program has an advanced laboratory facility. There are specialized laboratories with analog and digital electronics, metrology, standardization and certification equipment, and measuring information systems. Research center of National Instruments (USA) with advanced equipment. Along with this, there is the International Laboratory of Promising Measurement.

This program equips students with all the necessary skills and knowledge, allowing them to:

  • supervise development and implementation of new measuring equipment
  • prepare technical specifications for the development of standards
  • conduct reclamation work and analysis of the causes of defects and violations of production technology
  • conduct metrological analysis of technical solutions and production process
  • conduct the development and practical implementation of standardization systems, certification, and ensuring uniformity of measurements
  • ensure the necessary efficiency of measurement systems in the extreme external conditions and conduct constant improvement of these systems
