 Digitalization became an integral part of our daily life. However few people realize that all modern breakthrough technologies (Internet of things, industry 4.0, CPS-systems, AI, etc.) are based on a single platform - computer systems and technologies.


The present program allows preparing a highly qualified engineer (Senior Engineer, Team Leader) in the field of creating promising information and software systems and in full stack development. The program graduates will be able to design software for smartphones and computers and implement the large industrial process control systems and geographic information systems in production. The program uses advanced equipment in the training process, like HP Workstations, multimedia equipment, special mobile computer complexes, geo-information systems (MapInfo and ArcGIS), software systems for processing and interpreting aerospace images (ERDAS IMAGINE), and others.


Along with national partners, the program collaborates with the University of Cagliari (Italy) and University of NOVA, Lisbon (Portugal), and others.

The program was designed to equip students with necessary skills, allowing them to:

  • design modern smart geo-information systems using modern programming languages (C ++, C #, Java, SQL, PHP, etc.)
  • apply special systems for interpreting the data of aerospace monitoring
  • apply remote sensing data in the development of an information system
  • design embedded systems
  • design security systems.
