The program is focused on the training of engineers in the field of power engineering related to high-tech production and resource-efficient operation and innovative development of power industry and technologies for the conversion, production, and consumption of energy.


The student will participate in design and research work of real projects, related to creation and study of resource-efficient technologies for the power industry. Additionally, they will deal with development of advanced equipment for the production, conversion and consumption of various forms of energy. The program actively uses advanced technological and informational facility of the university and its partners, thereby providing students with practical skills.


The program graduates are in great demand among

  • research organizations, engaged in the research and development of innovative technologies and equipment for resource-efficient production and energy conversion
  • energy machine-building companies including international and transnational, design, engineering organizations, which carry out R&D activities in the field of energy equipment
  • enterprises engaged in the operation, installation, commissioning, service of generating capacities and related equipment and services

The program graduates will be able to design, construct, research, install and operate energy machines, assemblies, installations and their control systems aimed at creating competitive equipment based on various forms of energy conversion.
