Overview
The University resource efficiency program (2013-2018) is a fundamental document, approved by TPU Academic Council. It was designed to create a systematic approach and culture of resource efficiency in scientific, educational and social areas of the world-class university, focused on HR and technology development for a resource efficient economy.

Program Goal
The program main goal is the development of the Resource Efficiency Program is the development of provision of an integrated resource-efficient approach to the implementation of the university development strategy as an international research university.
The program was designed based on experts' forecasts on the state and reserves of basic resources and expected structural changes in industrial, scientific, educational and cultural fields.
